Contact us
We read every message. We can explain how a tool works, fix problems and take requests for new tools. We never need your video.
Report a problem
A tool that failed or did something unexpected. Tell us the tool, your browser and device, and the error code shown on the page.
Privacy requests
Questions about data, cookies or your rights under the privacy policy.
Before you write
- Please don’t send videos. We never need them, and our mailbox would not thank you. The error code, the file type (MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV), roughly how long and how large the file was, and what you expected are enough.
- Problems with a specific format are easiest to fix when you can tell us what recorded it (phone model, screen recorder, camera).
- Many answers are already on the how it works page, in the FAQ on each tool page, and in the guides.
We aim to reply within five working days.
